In a nutshell: My entire life struggled with being comfortable in my own skin and I was miserable. I wasn’t until after collage in 2006 when I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Art History from UCLA where I found the solution to my problems. I was too focused on defining who I was rather than focusing on the general health and well-being not just for myself, but for others as well. I decided to go back to school and complete an entire second Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics (nutrition science). In spring 2012, I completed the coursework in dietetics. Over the last 4 years I have worked with a variety of people from children to athletes to help them get a better understanding of the basic fundamentals of nutrition. I started this blog not just to share my knowledge, but to expose my thoughts and discoveries on all things yummy!
